Getting started with Optiway Dispatch

Create your workspace

Optiway Dispatch is the web side of Optiway: one screen where you plan every route for the day, hand them to drivers and watch the deliveries land. Your drivers keep using the same Optiway mobile app they already know.

2. Sign in with Google or with your work email — see how to sign in
3. Give your workspace a name; this is what your drivers see on the team invitation

Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial and no card is needed to start.

Send out your first route

Four steps get you from a list of addresses to drivers on the road:

1. Add your drivers. Each one gets an invitation in the mobile app — adding a driver takes about a minute.
2. Bring in the stops. Upload a spreadsheet or type them in — see importing stops.
3. Optimize. Optiway sequences the stops and balances them across the drivers you selected.
4. Share to drivers. The routes appear on their phones straight away.

What happens during the day

Once routes are out, the dispatch board becomes your live view of the operation: driver locations, which stops are done, which are running late, and the current ETA for everything still ahead. See tracking drivers and stop statuses.

Drivers capture a photo, signature or note at each stop, so every delivery is verifiable afterwards — see proof of delivery.
