How to sign in to Optiway Dispatch
Two ways to sign in
Go to dispatch.optiway.io. The sign-in screen offers two options, and both land you in the same workspace — people on the same team can use whichever they prefer.
- Continue with Google — use a Gmail address or a Google Workspace account. Google handles the authentication, so there is no extra password to remember or reset.
- Continue with email — sign in with your work email address and a password you set for Optiway.
Which one should a team use?
If your company already runs on Google Workspace, Google sign-in is usually the simpler choice: access follows the Google account, so when somebody leaves the company and their Google account is disabled, their way into the dispatch board goes with it.
Work-email sign-in suits teams whose mail is elsewhere, or anyone who would rather keep the Optiway login separate.
Signing in is not the same as being invited: a driver does not need a dispatch login at all. Drivers are added to the team and accept the invitation inside the mobile app.
