How to track drivers and stop statuses

The live map

Yes — the live map shows each driver's current location and the progress of their route in real time, updating as they go.

Every stop carries its own status: completed, still ahead, or running late. Alongside it sits the current ETA for the stops that are left, recalculated as the day actually unfolds rather than as it was planned at 8am.

What you use it for

Two things, mostly.

Answering customers. A "where is my order?" call can be answered straight from the board — you can see the driver's position and the ETA without radioing anyone.

Catching problems early. A route drifting late is visible while there is still time to move a stop to another driver, instead of turning into a failed delivery you hear about the next morning.
