Plans and payments in Optiway Dispatch

Starting on Early Access

There is no trial to start and nothing to choose. Every new workspace opens on Early Access: free, with 300 stops a calendar month, every Optiway feature included and as many drivers and dispatchers as you need. No card is asked for, and the plan does not expire.

The allowance resets on the 1st of each month. A stop counts once, when it is created — by hand, by import, or by duplicating a stop or a route. Optimizing and re-optimizing a route costs nothing, and deleting a stop does not give the allowance back.

Upgrading to Team

Team is $99 a month and raises the allowance to 2,000 stops a calendar month. Everything else is the same, because both plans contain the whole product. You upgrade yourself in the dashboard with a card — there is no sales step and no annual commitment.

Payments run through Stripe, which charges the card monthly until you cancel. Because Stripe handles the payment details, Optiway never stores your card number.

Cancelling returns the workspace to Early Access at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted. Running more than 2,000 stops a month is arranged with us directly — see billing and changing your plan.
