Stop and route limits in Optiway Dispatch
Routes and stops
Routes are unlimited on every plan, and every plan includes multi-stop route optimization. There is no cap on how many routes you build in a month.
Stops are what the plan sets, in two ways: how many stops one route can hold, and how many stops you can plan across the whole month. Solo, Team and Fleet also differ in how many drivers you can dispatch to.
Going past the monthly stop allowance does not stop your day — the extra stops are simply billed per stop, at a rate that gets lower on the larger plans. The current numbers for all three sit on the plan screen inside your workspace, and prices are on the pricing page.
How this compares to the app
The mobile Route Planner app plans up to 200 stops in a single route for one driver. Dispatch is a different shape of problem: the work is split across a fleet, so alongside the per-route cap there is a monthly allowance covering everything your team plans together.
If you are bumping into a limit mid-day, moving stops to another driver is usually faster than changing plan — see assigning routes.
