How to assign and share a route with drivers

From stops to drivers

1. Add the stops for the day — upload a spreadsheet or add them manually
2. Select the drivers the work should be split between
3. Hit Optimize — Optiway sequences the stops and balances them across the drivers you picked
4. Press Share to drivers

The routes appear on your drivers' devices in the Optiway app automatically, with the stop order, addresses and time windows already in place. There is nothing for them to re-enter, and no screenshots to send.

Changing a route after sharing

A shared route is not frozen. Add a late order, remove a cancelled stop or move work between drivers, and the updated route reaches the phone the same way. Drivers always run the current version.
