How drivers receive and run their routes
The route arrives in the app
Assigned routes show up in the Optiway driver app. The driver does not plan anything — the stop order, addresses and time windows are already there.
From the route screen they can open turn-by-turn navigation and drive to the next stop.
Working through the stops
At each stop the driver marks it complete and captures proof of delivery — a photo, a signature or a note.
Each of those actions updates the dispatch board in real time, so the office sees progress without anyone having to call in. If the dispatcher changes the route mid-day, the new version simply replaces the old one on the phone.
