Manage Billing and Payments in Optiway

Update your payment method on iPhone or iPad

To update your payment method for Optiway subscriptions, you need to change the payment settings on your iOS device:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Tap Payment & Shipping
4. Tap Add Payment Method or edit an existing one
5. Enter your new payment information

Your new payment method will be used for all future Optiway subscription renewals. Apple accepts credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.

View your billing history on iPhone or iPad

To view your Optiway billing history and receipts on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Tap Media & Purchases
4. Tap View Account
5. Tap Purchase History
6. Find your Optiway subscription payments

You can also access your billing history and receipts online at reportaproblem.apple.com by signing in with your Apple ID.

Update your payment method on Android

The card behind an Android subscription lives in Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods
4. Add a new card, or tap More payment settings to edit an existing one

The updated method is used for every future Optiway renewal on that Google account.

View your billing history on Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
3. Tap Budget & order history
4. Find your Optiway payments in the list

The same history is available in a browser at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
