3 min read Updated Nov 13, 2025

Note: The document must contain addresses only (one address per line), without numbering or column names. Maximum 200 addresses per document.

  1. On the main screen, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner
  2. In the side menu, tap Import route
  3. On the Import route screen, you can:
    • Tap Download sample template to download an example file showing the correct format
    • Tap Select file to upload to choose your file
  4. In the file picker, select your .txt, .xlsx, or .xls file
  5. The app will process the file and extract addresses
  6. If some addresses cannot be found, you'll see a warning message with the positions of skipped addresses
  7. Once processed, you'll be taken to the Create route screen with all imported stops
  8. Review the imported stops and make any necessary adjustments
  9. Tap Optimize route to get the fastest route, or tap Skip optimization to preserve the order

Note: Make sure your file contains valid addresses, one per line. Invalid or incorrectly formatted addresses will be skipped during import.
