How to cancel subscription or request refund

Cancel Subscription (IOS version)

To cancel your Optiway subscription, you can use one of the following methods:

Method 1: Through the Optiway App

  1. Open the Optiway app on your device
  2. Open the app menu and select the Subscription icon Subscription
  3. In the Subscription window, tap on "Manage Subscriptions" button
  4. Tap on "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted

Method 2: Through Apple's Website

You can also unsubscribe or check your subscription status using the following link: https://apple.co/2Th4vqI

Important: Make sure you're using the same Apple ID account that was used when the trial period started. You can check if there is any active subscription using the link above.

Note: After canceling, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew automatically, and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.

Request Refund (IOS version)

To request a refund for your Optiway subscription, you can use one of the following methods:

Method 1: Through Apple Support Website

You can request a refund using the following link:

Method 2: Through iOS Settings

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Media & Purchases
  4. Tap View Account
  5. Tap Purchase History
  6. Find your Optiway subscription payment
  7. Tap Report a Problem next to the purchase
  8. Follow the instructions to request a refund

Alternatively, you can request a refund online at reportaproblem.apple.com by signing in with your Apple ID.

Important: Make sure you're using the same Apple ID account that was used when the subscription was purchased.
